Seção da Competência em informação na IFLA
Abandonam a seção: Sylvie Chevillote (A última presidente), Birgitta Hansson (Suécia), Linda J. Goff (USA), Jesus Lau (Mexico), Eileen Stec (USA) e Eva Tolonen (Finlândia).

São novos: Laura Ballestra (Itália), Chihfeng P. Lin (Taiwan), Douglas W. Newcomb (USA), Ruth Stubbings (UK) e Sheila Weber (UK). Há uma proposta para membro correspondente por parte de Lisa J. Hinchliffe (USA).
