Christine Bruce e a Information Literacy


Christine Bruce é uma professora e pesquisadora australiana (Queensland University of Technology) que há anos desenvolve estudos sobre o conceito de information literacy e information literacy education.

Muitos de seus trabalhos e artigos estão disponíveis na Web (acesso livre). Sua tese intitulada "The seven faces of information literacy" de 1997 foi um marco sobre o assunto ao lançar a perspectiva da competência em informação como fenômeno. Hoje, Christine Bruce continua seus estudos e ensino, tendo estruturado um curso intitulado Seven faces of informed learning. Alguns artigos e trabalhos selecionados:
